Ironman Tempe AZ 2009 (Launch Album)

For 3 days, Dr. McCormack joined about 18 other Active Release Technique ® providers working on the Ironman ® participants, making some last minute tune-ups. At times the treatment tent had a 10-person line, as ART is a very popular treatment which tri-athletes use to improve their performance.
